Pain in the anus while passing stool
Iam diabetic from past 10 yrs. Every time i pass stool I feel terrible pain in the anus with some bleeding. Every day I drink 3 lts of water. Even though Stool is not hard I feel terrible pain

Hi., I can understand your concern. It can be due to anal fissure. To know the severity, kindly share image. You can use Tab zerodol sp twice a day after food for 5 days Tab pan 40 twice a day before food for 5 days Oint anovate at night bed time., Local application.

Better to take stool softners for a period. Mostly chance of fissure,hemorrhoids.. Can take medicine initially..if not subsided consult a surgeon.
