Seviour pain in testis and pain in related nerves in testis since yesterday. And having a pain monthly once repeatedly and it is heavy today

Hi there...testicular or scrotal pain could be due to many causes like epididymo-orchitis, testicular torsion, torsion of testicular appendage, any trauma, varicocele, hydrocele, inguinal hernia... please consult urologist..
