My kid 5 year old boy is having pain in stomach. What can I give him drotin ds suspension or meftal spas suspension and how much? Thank you

As temporary basis one can give these medicines. Since they are schedule H medicines these can't be prescribed online. You can refer to previous prescription for same. Must rule out significant infections if stomach pain is persistent.

you can give syp calpol (250mg/5ml) - 5 ml as analgesics syp rantac 5 ml twice daily for - 5 days
Next Steps
visit near by dr. May required - Urine test, USG and other if pain not subsided
