Pain in stomach last 2 days and low fever first day motion was clear but 2 day motion not did.problem as it is.

Hello Dear,
Pain in the stomach with low grade fever can be due to some minor infections in the stomach. You can take a course of an antibiotic and you will feel better. Along with it also take a paracetamol which will help in controlling the fever.
