Hey doctor I am experiencing acute pain in my stomach 3-4 times in an hour which is leading to slight blood in my poop can you please help me with the solution. I had pooped approx 10-15 times in a day

Take proper hydration with ors solution and if there is severe dehydration then take iv fluids and also take antibiotics like metronidazole 500mg BD and other antibiotic and zinc also
