Pain in stomach during pregnancy
From 9-10days my wife having pain in stomach randomly at times and she asked the gyno. About the problem,she advised her to take Anafortan tablets . While my aunt who is also a nurse under one another gyno. told me that it's unsafe to take such a hard medicine. She told her to take Zantac instead of Anafortan . Suggest me which is safe as this my wife's 5 th month of pregnancy.

It is better to avoid pain killers during pregnancy.it may be due to indigestion.
Maintain food and sleep timings.avoid spicy items
