Pain in stomach and urge for poop
Good morning doctors. From last 5 days, I have been suffering low obdomain pain like cramp which forces me to go for fresh. It happens 4-5 times a day. And after poop, stomach become normal. But it spoil my working . As I m teacher. I teach contiously for 7 -8 hours and I have to go two times for fresh. In morning afterwaking up stomach pain occurs and I go for fresh but takes time due to cramp. Every time it takes more time to poop and settle pain. What is the issue. There is no other health complication . Eating properly regularly. No medication taken for that till now.

Hello,   Plenty of water n liquid.  As u sick u need to prefer  liquid things which comforts your abdomen n frequency of urg decrease. U can add puffed rice, poha curd, rice curd. In liquid lamonade buttermilk coconut water, juice ORS sakes  (don't use mango now) banana sake, papaya shake etc. or  smoothie. Treatment Tab nexpro Rd 40 one in empty stomach for five days. Meftal spas DS two times a day after food for three to five days or as required. One course of Tab Oz two times a day after food for five days. Advice later USG WHOLE ABDOMEN.
