Movement of shoulder and upper part of arm is very painful. with time the problem has reached in lower neck area.

The pain in shoulder and neck are always related. The way you have described your pain it seems you are having problems in your shoulder joint. f yhe ranges are also effected than it could be frozen shoulder. You should consult a therapist who can assess and plan your treatment. If ignored it can take mony months to heal
