Any History of Diabetes? If so you too have to check . If not meet a good Physio n let him evaluate. If it's capsulitis then may take long time to recover. If diabetes is positive then meet diabetologist n continue Physio to gain shoulder movement n to reduce pain .
Hot Fomentation.
Gentle Shoulder Stretching.
Core Strengthening Exercises.
Gentle Neck Exercises.
Avoid sleeping on affected side..
Warm up and cool down is a must
There is lots of resion behind shoulder pain...might be you are suffering from adhesive capsulitis ( frozen shoulder )
Biceps tendinitis. Or might be some other causes. ..you should visit any near physiotherapy centre. ..so they can rule out the correct diagnosis for your shoulder pain..and plan your treatment according to disease. .until you can start hot formantation for your shoulder. .n avoid carry weight by affected shoulder..
