Pain in Right Shoulder
2days before i woke up in the morning experiencing a sharp pain in my right shoulder. I guess it happened due to a bad sleeping position. The pain is still there but got a bit mild. I can move my right arm easily but i cant rotate my shoulder completely towards the right without pain. Can anyone please tell me what the problem might be and ways to get rid of this? I am a final year engineering student and my exams are next week, would really love yo get rid of this fast. Thank you.

Hello. You are probably having radiculopathy due cervical spondylosis, exacerbated by bad sleeping habit. For immediate pain management, take tab ZERODOL-MR twice daily after meals for 5 days and tab PROTERA 40mg once daily before breakfast for 5 days. also do daily physical & free-hand exercises and neck exercises. You'll find a lot of videos in Youtube, Hope this helps.
