Pain in right hand above elbow
I am feeling pain in right hand muscle above elbow and below shoulder area. There is no pain when i dont move my hand but for any movement of my right hand, it is paining heavily. Please suggest.

According to your complaint and age ,there may be chances of frozen shoulder.
Next Steps
take hot compression and move your shoulder in all direction .repeat for 7-8 times. twice daily.continue for 7 days .if no satisfactory result , visit your nearest physio clinic for better management.
