Pain in right eye

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Hi doctors, I am facing mild pain in the right eye since yesterday. Let me tell you I am working in an it sector so i have to work in laptop 8 hrs . Please let me know if any drop can work. There is no redness in eye just it's having a mild pain .
