Local application with spray is not working then first of all give her systemic pain killer..  Give her Tab Enzoflam 1 tab stat and sos..  Most probably it is due to sleeping in wrong posture. sometimes it hurt nerves and create a vague symptoms.. You can apply patch on skin for pain relief also but you have to show it to orthopedic doctor/Physical medicine and rehab doctor...  All d best

Hello..... Could be nerve injury... You must explain the type of pain... Nerve injury will not have vague pain... Stimulation of never anywhere in its course causes severe pain through out its distribution. Need to do examination, consult orthopedic surgeon, x ray may be required to rule out other causes.
