Thank you for your query. I am sorry you are in pain.
Pain is a very common symptom in endometriosis. In particular it is difficult to differentiate from ovulatory pain. The only way to determine if the cyst has returned is to do an ultrasound scan of the pelvis. Often suppressive therapy manages pain for the duration it is used and tends to return after medication is stopped. Often surgical excision is the only way that helps. PleaSe see your doctor for guidance on managing your endometriosis since the pain has returned.
