Severe pelvic pain on right side after 3 months of Dinofirst treatment on diagnosis of endometriosis ovarian cyst, no cyst was shown in last USG done in july Is it the cyst again?

Thank you for your query. I am sorry you are in pain. Pain is a very common symptom in endometriosis. In particular it is difficult to differentiate from ovulatory pain. The only way to determine if the cyst has returned is to do an ultrasound scan of the pelvis. Often suppressive therapy manages pain for the duration it is used and tends to return after medication is stopped. Often surgical excision is the only way that helps.
