Pain in pelvic region
Having constant pain in right side pelvic region and also have mild irritation in the private part..Pain in worst while lying down and in the morning.. Also getting sharp pains at lower back and buttock region.. Having these symptoms for close to two weeks now.. Also pain is worst before/during periods No prior medical history. Unmarried..Please advise..

As of now take a tablet paracetamol 500mg along with tablet meftalspas eight hourly and get an ultrasound abdomen done and follow up with reports
