Pain in neck
I have pain on the back of my neck,my left shoulder which goes down till my hand..is it a symptom of spondylitis.. Pls suggest

Could be also be cant confirm until I dont see ur xray.. N could be due to tight nerual structures also .we need to differentiate between its is muscular spasm or nerve realted both can be taken care by physio.
