  4. Pain in neck chest left arm. This pain?

Pain in neck chest left arm
Hi Doctor From last week i have been having pinching pain in left arm, stiff neck & middle + under left chest pain. 2 months ago i had ecg & 2d echo which are normal. What is the cause & how i get rid of this pain? Also i have started walking from last week but my pulse goes up to 135 pm , although it comes down to 80-85 after sometime when i sit down. Everytime the pain increases it scares me if it's heart related.

The pulse variability is normal. Neck pain needs orthopaedic surgeon opinion.
