Pain in neck & throat
I feel discomfort on the left side of my neck and shoulder as well " it has been over a month since this problem is persisting , first it was only on the left side of throat now it is on the left side of neck as well .

Your question is a little bit unclear. If the problem is inside your throat, you would need antibiotics. If the problem is on the outside, then it may be cervical spondylitis. Also you need to clarify if you have any giddiness, cough, or pain.
