I took nap by about 6pm and woke up by 7:30pm. i slept in a position where my legs were pointing to the side. basically, i slept in an acute angle/ right angle position and as soon as i woke up, it felt like there was no blood in my legs. i immediately tried standing up. as soon as i put my left foot on the ground and stood, i fell down on the ground and couldn't get up for about a minute. as in it was physically not possible for me to get up. i eventually got up and there was a small swelling at the side of my left leg. it wasn't so painful at first but now it's 12am and it's gotten bigger and i'm having more trouble walking. the swelling is spreadu
