I have been pain in my eyes and head due to late night study , and when I watch videos, it also happens, please tell me what should I do,,, ????

Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of dryness Try A cold compresses B use lubricating eyedrop frequently like refresh tears C. Restrict use of mobile phone and laptop

Please consult an eye doctor as there are a number of reasons for this including an uncorrected refractive error. However improper posture and poor lighting may contribute to your headache. Prolonged hours of near work can also sometimes result in a headache.
