  3. Pain in my Anus. What should i do.

Pain in my Anus...
I am felling minor pain in my rectal opening and my doctor suggested me to apply Anovate...I am felling better to some extent ...but I want this not to happen me anymore.....what should  I do .......and I want to know why it happened

always take high fibre diet. at present for few months take fibre supplement like isapghul for few months at bed time daily
