Pain in muscles of lower part of knee
My wife has unbearable pain in the muscles of the lower part of the knee and in the soles of the feet and heels. We cosult with physician dr and he told us to get test vit d3, b12, urin test, s iron test, and T3,T4 and TSH test and we did it and results are - S iron - 53 Vit b12 - 153.7 Vit d3 - 16.9 Urin - negative T3 = 1.51 T4 - = 11.16 TSH = 2.42 After that dr advices to take injections for b12 and d3 injections B12 - nuroday 1500 mcg injection - total 5, one on alternate day (start from 28 june to 8 july 2021) D3 - Arachitol - 6L - one (1 july 2021) But still my wife is having unbearable pain in  the muscles of the lower part of the knee and in the soles of the feet and heels. After that we again go for check up on 10 july 2021 Doctor advices 1. Cap Zolnac (Rabeprazole sodium 20 mg and Aceclofenac 200 mg) 2. Tab Fericob XT (iron 100 mg and folic acid 1.5 mg) (as doctor said may be you have iron deficiency too as he said your reports may be are not correct) 3. Bonediet plus

Kindly continue the treatment .Your muscle pain is mostly due to vitamin deficiencies. Along with the tablets also include fruits and vegetables that are rich in vit D and B12- like legumes, meat,dairy products,fish . When taking vit D kindly take it with a fatty meal. Take adequate sun exposure .
