Pain in molars
I had two of my lower molars crack and empty from inside , so whenever I drink hot or cold water its start paining. What to do for this problem. Do i need root canal or filling?

Hi.. The damage to your tooth seems unmanageable by plain filling. Rest we can decide with an xray. If the caries (decayed part) has reached near pulp of the tooth then we require rct and a crown over it once we are done with rct. Crowns are a must after rct.
