Pain in lower right side of jaw
I am facing severe pain in the lower right side around the areas of premolar molar and probably wisdom tooth. I am also facing issues with swallowing and even tongue movements are causing pain to me. My throat seems physically fine but it also is paining me at the right side of my Adam's apple. Please help

In your case  I think there is infection of the third molar.this case is called pericoronitis.the symptoms are  pain and swollen lymph gland just under the jaw.swelling of the face and jaw, presence of bad smell or taste in your mouth
Next Steps
in this case wisdom tooth tries to come in ,the flap of gum on top of it can become infected and swollen.
