Pain in lower right abdomen near navel .
I used to have cough for 4 months and fever used to also came frequently last year upto March 2018. I have lost weight,lost appetite that time too. Also during that time i have taken many medicines as prescibed by doctors.
After few months my stomach issues started which is continued even after 7-8 months.After eating food my lower right abdomen make noises and sudden pain came and go.My diet also become less and i am not able to recover my weight.
I only able to take food 2 times a day and nothing in between.At night stomach make noises and pain also lasts till noises.
Sometimes while sitting on chair ,it make noises.My USG report says i have some gas issues.I have taken medicine like PAN 40 ,PANTOP DSR and still they are not helping.What could be the issue. ?
