I've been having some pain in the lower left side of my abdomen for the last two days. It hurts when I press the area or when I run. When I sit there is no pain. I have also been passing more gas over the last few days.

So don't press the area.
Tab. pantakind-D once a day half an hour before food for 3 days.
Have smaller meals.
Frequent meals upto 5 times a day are better than 3 huge meals.
Consult a gastroenterologist in person for further evaluation and management.
