Pain in lower abdomen
I am getting pain in lower abdomen, I have kidney stones. How to differentiate if the pain is from kidney stones or for any other reason?

Stone cause pain when there is obstruction in ureter. This reflect as hydronephrosis in ultrasound. If there is no hydronephrosis and stones are small located in kidney only, it may not cause of pain, but exceptions are there and require specialist advice.
