Hi doctor, I am 26 years old, male, I feel sometimes pain in left testicle, and that pain also going up to left leg but it's not always, and sometimes I get pain left side of my penis and left side of bladder when I do urine, but not always, I did USG of kidney and prostate usg also done, report normal, the left testicle is little down compare to right testicle, Before this problem I took propecia ( finasteride ) last year from may to June only for one month because of hair loss, I lost my libido since then and erectile dysfunction too, after 8-9 months also same problem I have, and getting this testicle pain, and my breasts are becoming little large, and left breast is bigger than right breast, is is because of low testosterone ? What to do now ? Which specialist I should consult ? Urologist or sexologist ? Can you describe my problem in details ? Thank you so much..

hello ! all your troubles are the result of side affects of PROPECIA which you used for hairloss. generally the side affects of FINATERISDE lasts for 1-2 yrs. what this drug propecia does is it prevents the nrml working of testosterone in the body, which results in barring the malefic changes for period of time. as testosterone is the main hormone which controls the androgen activity in the body. so the affects may last for a period of 1-2 yrs after stoppage of taking the medicine. if your not observing restore of your body nrml activity, then meet a sexologist, he will guide you what to do next.
