Pain in left side body parts some time

Asked for Female, 18 Years

My left side body parts feel pain some time in neck some time in wrist and and some time i. Chin or arm or even in leg also i can't amd some time feel pressure in chest i can't understand what is it please suggest something to me is it because lf anxiety please answer this question asap
