Pain in left lower back
Yesterday i am diagnosed with left dome of diaphragm is elevated with costophrenic angle is blunted. I never smoked. My TLC, DLC, ESR,HB all are absolutely normal. But i have pain in left lower back when breath deeply. What treatment for this. Is it a serious condition ? Plz reply

Hello. Does u have complain of cough, according to your details you might be suffering from pleural effusion in left side with associated hypertension and deranged lipid profile. Couses of Pleural effusion may vary from simple infection or some vary serious conditions. So please consult a chest physician or u may send your details to me.
