Pain in left knee
Have pain in left knee while folding left leg.This is been since 18 months.
It may be due to a minor injury. But I dont
Have any pain in normal walking or running

Sometimes minor injury will have internal bruises. That interferes in the tissue gliding while folding the knee. But the same won't trouble in walking etc because it's not complete range of motion used.
