Pain in left arm during weight lifting.
I'm not a Gym goer but few days back i tried lifting heavy weights. I tried lifting rod with weight around 40 Kg for biceps exercise. I was able to lift it 1-2 times only with someone else's support but during that pain emerged in my left arm on the bottom side from elbow till wrist. Now when i try picking up normal 10 Kg, even then it starts paining. Is it serious or will it recover on its own ? It doesn't seem a normal muscle pain that occurs next after doing exercise.

Don't take these kind of problems lightly. Apply ice pack 10to 15 minutes. The earliest you start taking physio sessions the better you will recover.
Next Steps
Visit a physiotherapist for assessment and treatment.
