I'm not a Gym goer but few days back i tried lifting heavy weights. I tried lifting rod with weight around 40 Kg for biceps exercise. I was able to lift it 1-2 times only with someone else's support but during that pain emerged in my left arm on the bottom side from elbow till wrist.
Now when i try picking up normal 10 Kg, even then it starts paining.
Is it serious or will it recover on its own ?
It doesn't seem a normal muscle pain that occurs next after doing exercise.
