I feel pain in hip during morning.
I am doing cycling and stretching exercises.
Pain is felt generally at the back of hip.
When i sit i feel pain in morning.
Then it goes away during the day.
Sometime i feel a little pain in front hip side near stomach and it happens only with right hip.
Should i continue cycling or is it something to bother?

According to your history you might be having pyriformis tightness. Plz do stretching exercises to this muscle and apply heat or cold to your comfort application for 10 min. Consult a Physio for pyriformis stretch.
