Pain in head bone
From last 16 hrs dere is an untolerable pain in d bone behind my neck.... n whenever I tried to move my head d pain become more untolerable.... plssss help

You are having the pain because of poor posture ..or poor head support while seeping. . use, less thick pillow ... get some hot water bag application to relieve your neck muscle spasm. take simple analgesics like Dan MR. If still pain persists you have see nearest neuro or orthopedician
