  3. Pain in hand's nerves. Please suggest!

Pain in hand's nerves
I am having pain in my wrist nerves from last 1 month i concern many doctors and took many medicines then also there is no effect. When i touch my wrist or sometimes when i rotate it suddenly mt wrist starts paining and fells like my my hand numb. So what is the cure for this please suggest

Please do nerve conduction study of both upper limbs and blood tests for thyroid
