Pain in foot
For the last few months, the bottom of my right foot has been hurting (right in the middle of the foot) every time I run or walk quickly or walk for more than ten mins at a stretch. The pain makes it very hard to walk once it starts. And it shoots up to my calf as well. At first, I thought it was because of my running shoes. But my foot hurts in whatever kind of shoes I wear and it's happening every day now. BecUse of this I'm not able to do any form of exercise of even enjoy a short walk. I've not had any injury to my feet so I'm not sure why this is suddenly happening.
