Pain in foot
For the last few months, the bottom of my right foot has been hurting (right in the middle of the foot) every time I run or walk quickly or walk for more than ten mins at a stretch. The pain makes it very hard to walk once it starts. And it shoots up to my calf as well. At first, I thought it was because of my running shoes. But my foot hurts in whatever kind of shoes I wear and it's happening every day now. BecUse of this I'm not able to do any form of exercise of even enjoy a short walk. I've not had any injury to my feet so I'm not sure why this is suddenly happening.

Hi there I understand your concern... There are many reasons for foot pain, some of them are flexor tendinitis which is inflammation of the tendon, ganglion, gout,Sinus Tarsi Syndrome, diabetes, peripheral neuropathy etc...so detailed examination and investigations necessary to diagnose and treat the condition properly...I would suggest you to consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful.
