As i have to wear shoes for long tym i feel pain in my foot to ankle after opening my shoes at the end of the day.

Hi, it is quite common to have a foot pain of your wearing it for a long time. I would suggest that you wear a foot wear which does not constrict your toes (broad toe box) and also wear a good insole
