Pain in feet and heels
I got chikunguniya fever in October 2015. Since that time I am having severe pain in my feet and heels. If I'll walk for sometime then this pain increased a lot and my knees also starts paining. Please suggest.

Hi please see a orthopaedic surgeon. It is good to do some hot cold compresses and passive stretching exercises. If it's severe enough doctor might give you some pills or give an option for a injection. There are so many things that can work, i have been suffering myself. But best things that helped were passive stretching exercises, hot cold compresses and soft padded shoes. I can go to my office daily with little cramps, which i guess will take months to resolve completely.
