For the past 2, 3 days my daughter has pain in her outer part of the ear. There is no injury although slight swelling can be seen. No redness. Plz suggest what should be done.

Your daughter might be suffering from infection of the external ear known as furuncle. It may require treatment with antibiotics and painkillers. Diagnosis needs to be confirmed by examination by a ENT specialist
