Pain in deltoid / shoulder after workout
I am 50 years old. I started working out 5 days ago at a gym after long gap . I'm having constant throbbing pain in right shoulder/deltoid/ biceps etc. I can feel something (like trapped gas moving) from my chest down to my biceps. pls advise

Hi, from your information  your problem looks like an acute one, give rest, keep ice still pain persists consult an ortho doc or a good sports physio near you
Next Steps
1) rest first must 2) keep ice 3) check the movements  that increase pain and try to reduce it 4) take physiotherapy  sessions like ultrasound, tens,  myofaacial release 5) learn some home exercises
