Pain in chest
My father have been having chest pain for few years. So he consulted a doctor and got his ETT and Angiogram done. The result is 90 percent stenosis in mid LAD after D1 .LCX is non domi ant and normal.RCA is dominant and normal. He has good LV systolic function with EF:64 percent (on echocardiogram) So the final diagnosis is single vessel coronary artery disease and good LV systolic function (on echocardiogram) My question is, does he need an immediate operation?
