I have chronic constipation and I have severe pain in left chest whenever I miss to pass motions for a day. Not sure if its gas or heart problem. But it goes off after 1-2 hours of passing stool.

hello there. at your age, heart problems are less likely. take plenty of fluids and high fibre diet. you could take isagbol also. take a bowl of cup everyday it has lactobacilli which are called good bacteria. take care of constipation and rest will be sorted by itself. regarded
