  3. Pain in bridgeof thefoot. Please advice.

Pain in bridgeof thefoot
My 13 yr old son is experiencing pain in the bridge of his left foot for 3 days now. He has done hot water fomentation and applied pain relieving balm but nothing helped. He feels better after waking up in the morning but as soon as he is active the pain returns. Please advice. Thank you.

Consult Orthopaedic surgeon and get him examined and rule out flat foot. If present he needs medial arch supports
