Breast pain can have causes that are not underlying a disease . sometimes it comes in pregnancy, menstruation, breast feeding, due to tight undergarments etc.oozing of milk can seen in some nursing women .  If her pain is severe is there redness or tenderness ,pain is constant in one area of breast it's Better to consult a doctor immediately.
