Pain in both arms and elbow joints
Hi I am 20 years old male.
I am having a strange type of pain in my arms and in the elbow joints.
I have been facing this problem since last 3-4 days.
When I hold my phone while laying in bed this increases.
I feel like muscles in my arms are so tired.
Kindly help me in this issue.

It can be either due to tennis elbow which is a basically inflammation of muscle attachment at elbow which are running in forearm(below elbow) or due to some kind of neuropathy means compression of nerves either in elbow or at higher level

better dont lift heavy weights or dont do any time of exercises for time being

Give rest to your arms
Dont do much work
Take paracetamol 650 for pain
Consult if no relief
