Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You should be kn a strict diabetic and hypertensive diet which consists of having a low sodium diet and having foods with low glycemic index. Daily physical activities are a must. Take a tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month.  Get the joints checked out by a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
