I am. Getting pain in the feet below the heel since few months. The pain is more in the morning and the area gets jammed. Slowly it decreases but little pain is there throughout

Hello..
It can be due to osteogenic reaction in heel or plantar fascitis but not looking like heel spur. Still have to diagnose 1st. If plantar fascitis can be treated with ultrasonic 3MHz & ice pack... also kinesiotape will be helpful including stretching & myofacial release.
Please consult with physiotherapist for further progression.
