Pain in back/abdomen for weeks
For the past few weeks, I’ve had pain in my back to the left of my spine. It’s a dull aching pain that comes and goes and usually comes with intense pains in my abdomen on my front. Today I can say the pain is about a 6.5/10 and I don’t know what to do.

It may be due to
Lumbar spondylosis
Lumbago
Kidney stones...
Do u have any burning micturation(while passing urine)
Dribbling micturation......
May be due to pyelonephritis....
Diverticulitis.........
Usg of abdomen is adviceable.....
