Pain in arch of foot
I had to deal with traffic jam on incline driving on a hill. The next day I developed a slight pain in arch of my left foot , and by evening of 2nd day , it has become almost impossible to walk. I stay on 2nd floor and have decided to wait till some recovery before visiting doctor. What should I do to alleviate pain and be back in some walkable condition so that going out is possible?

It's most likely a foot strain due to overuse.icepack application and compression bandage should alleviate the pain. Gentle massage will be preferable. You should consult an orthopaedic surgeon for the medications.
