Pain in anus
From 2 months he feel pain in his anal area and he tell me now and also said he bleed 1 drop of blood in his poop so so what was that does he have piles or some thing else but now he is fine we didn't tell to mom and dad Wright now and he tell he searched in google chrome about this and he also put his finger in his anus to check he symptoms of piles and he feels little pimples in his anus region both side and medication suggest

Your problem looks like acute fissure in anal canal.

He probably has a fissure with sentinel tags. Medical management might be enough.
